• Establish BASIS rapid response mechanism: Through the VIP customer service hotline and Email, expert BASIS consultants provide 7x24 hours technical support hotline, 2 hours remote VPN connection and reach the site within 4 hours for quick maintenance services
• Strengthen the security of SAP system: focus on SAP system backup/ restore; help customers to build up 4 layers backup structure (hardware layer, operating system layer, database layer and SAP application layer); enhance the disaster prevention ability to the maximum; improve feasibility and effectiveness of disaster recovery.
• Strengthen the daily management of SAP system and analyse and predict performance trend: BASIS daily maintenance has the largest workload and is the most time consuming and most boring work among the maintenance of the whole system. But how well the daily standard operation and system monitoring are will directly influence the efficiency and stability of the operation of SAP system. And major problems can only be prevented if small problems get promptly resolved daily. Besides, trend analysis of the system performance can only be obtained through long-term test.
